I was going over Fahnestock's report on CAST:

Fahnestock issued a Company Report on June 11, 1998 for Citation Corporation.
On June 11, 1998 Fahnestock analyst Richard Hilgert issued a 16 page Company Report on Citation Corporation. Report highlights: 'A BUY rating was established with the 12-month target price set at $25 per share. The company's balance sheet is believed to be fairly leveraged at about 54% long-term debt to total capital. The company is also believed to be well positioned to take advantage of consolidation in its foundry, forge, and automotive segments. The 1998 and 1999 EPS estimates were set at $1.61 and $1.94, respectively.'

It looks like based on a 1.30 year's estimate now, the stock is trading very cheaply, and has a shot at 13 1/2-15 in the near term and 20 in the longer term.
