Fidelity Magellan is buying REITs and utilities...
What's your inference to this move--that the big boys may be starting to move into better 'value' sectors? I'm not savy enough to understand much that goes on.

I'm too overeducated to understand internet stocks.
Ain't nothing to understand. Lemmings galore.

I, too would like to be positioned in safer havens, but I am tired of missing the boat. So, I will put some money into techs and save most for dollar-cost averaging. They will have down days. I will also buy some undervalued commodities--oil related business, and wait them out, too. Finally, CEF's will also comprise part of that portfolio.

Waiting for the Big Kahuna, I'm not.

Can I safely assume the percentage of assets going into these is negligible?
