Bob,
I was just talking to someone about that very same thing. We continue to strive to and meet our objective of answering every ring within 2 rings, and relative to most others, I think we are still outperforming by a wide margin, but it has been a tough market for trading the past few weeks. Market makers are nervous and reducing liquidity and i'm seeing smaller trading shares. Ie. look at amzn, the stock trades 10 million shares, 100 shares at a time. Systems are slowing down because market makers arent standing in and taking on 2000 or 4000 shares but rather taking their obligatory minimums and then stepping away, unless the stop moves the other way, then they will complete you.
Our autofill systems are still working great but only after the first 5 or 10 minutes of trading. Still at the open, market orders are taking about 2 minutes to fill, about 90 to 100 seconds longer than the yearly average.

a hard sell off would ease this a bit.
