A 20% gain year over year in sales isn't disappointing.

Especially for a stock selling at a Price to Sales ratio of 1.3.

Remember the 4th Qt. was a huge increase over prior year (+50%)and the market was in a free fall back then.

Reduced inventories indicates possibly a lack of adequate product to meet demand which is supported by the discussion around this thread.

Improved margins are a positive surprise.

Talk about an undiscovered stock...this one is it.

I have to agree with Mark here. We all know what a diamond in the rough this stock is but in the past it has peaked before earnings and fallen after. Lets not get ahead of ourselves, I'm just as long on this stock as any, but past history has taught me extreme patience with this one.

Mark, you sure called this one...

The market didn't like the flat quarter over quarter sales. A downgrade didn't help. Maybe it was timed to take advantage of the earnings improvement.

Q has many good qualities, but can it's margins be improved? The nice increase in Q4 helped sell their cause, but 8% operating margins just aren't good enough for a high tech business. They need to get them to 15% just to match GE's average.

Still you have to wonder if somebody isn't looking them over right now as a potential acquisition.

Good luck!!
