George - How does releasing a product you know to be defective, then admitting that you have sold only 100 of them after a month, save face? That's what I don't get. It seems to me that it would have been less embarassing for them to just delay the product release again. Before it was released, many people considered HiFD to be a killer product. That was true of the LS-120, too. All these Zip-killers seem to be better in theory than in the real world. - Allen
