Thanks for the info Bob. That filled a couple of gaps in my knowledge. Hope you are right about the future looking brighter. Was surprised to hear that the market has been tough - I thought new home starts were strong the past few years ? Maybe I missed the trend change. Or are housing starts not a sufficient indicator for this industry ? I know HD is always packed when I go there. They're not cheap, either, so they're doing something right. AF
