Jules, listened to call. It is somewhat disappointing to see such a strong pc market (msft) and have the limited growth of ptec. I thought the call was cautiously optomistic and that we should see imprvemtent as year progresses. Would be nice. Not a tremendous amount of coverage though. The real issue is that expenses seem to be out of control. It is not clear to me why g&a and marketing have grown so much, much faster than r&d. Jack mentioned that they have reduced costs by taking 38 peoople out and we should see this as year progresses. Maybe, that is why Bob Riopel is leaving. I said I would give six more months so I will, but I am not real comfortable, though downside seems to be minimal. I said I would give it six more months
