Discount on the IPEC vs SFAM spread is up to 15%. Does this mean the merger is becoming doubtful?

Mr. Sam, I would be interested to know if your view has changed on whether this sector (particularly SFAM & IPEC) has bottomed as to fundamentals. The current weakness in the stock price has me a little nervous.
