The only thing I was proposing is to allow them the opportunity. The continual barrage only leads potential investors to look elsewhere. There is also the backside communication methods to utilise to get the points to someone in contact with management periodically. I don't mean to not have discussion on all points but using control is also important. Once repetitive errors are identified contacting the fixers is the way to go.
