I need to get this straight. Are you saying that someone(s) waited for the news and sold to make an extra .01 on insider info. Or are you saying that someone(s)sold on the PR to keep the price down for some motive unknown to the masses.

Please PM me with your theory if it is of a sensitive nature.

>>But in reality and most curiously they were sold at a time when a good PR was posted<<

I still believe it's daytraders selling on the news. Let's wait it out before raising concerns of price manipulation. So far the stock looks to have strong support at the 20-day average level. I would start to be concerned if closing prices start going below the 50-day average because I don't believe true longs would be selling at this point when a PR with clearcut numbers that can come out at anytime would likely cause the stock to jump up to the dollar level.

And no, there were no big blocks bought, just sold. I'm talking the over 50,000 share

Like I said Sword you don't really understand bb's and I can see your pattern very simply I have seen it before.....you mask everything as being to discuss the stock, but in reality you are a negative influence to the stock....and do you have level II?...there were two 50,000 share buys and 6 20,000+ share buys.....some people who hold positions in this company from the low 30's sell into news, that is a common practice of a bb....again you don't really bring anything to the table expect for whinning, and what? what? what?

Some BB's follow a typical pattern of buy on rumor and sell on news. TSIG is a reporting company and would have to disclose via the SEC any shares sold, 504's, etc. Personally I believe when a stock trades more than average volume and the price stays relatively the same it could be perceived as a healthy sign (shaking out the weak shares). Another factor to consider is the news is defining the companies progress but was not earth shattering. One day brokers will buy the stock and all this under a dollar stuff will evaporate.
