Mike, I was trying to find the news release on the convertibles but I gave up. Unless you know something that I don't then I can't see a forced conversion happening in the near future. On a couple of convertibles I have looked at the forced conversion is triggered by the stock price being 150% of the conversion price for a period of 20 trading days. I still like the long term prospects of TCT. But can't see much happening in the near future. Curtis
