Also, has anybody located or found out the current formula for the PP conversion? That would certainly help determine the possibilities without further speculation, since speculation seems to grow so many arms.

Short interest is not available on OTCBB stocks. It is not inconceivable that there is some shorting going on. I remember reading
in the SEC files at one point that RG was suing one of the debenture holders who was shorting.
