About EBAY making money.

How long will it make money and how fast will it grow? I checked YHOO auctions recently and it is probably better organized than EBAY. YHOO also provides a lot more for shoppers (thousands on YHOO hosted shops, comparative shopping, etc). And YHOO auctions is free of charge.

EBAY's revenue is only from the commission and probably no one will want to pay it any longer. So, where are the revenues?

EBAY is the most hyped up company without *ANY* fundamentals. I urge you to get out as fast as you can since the future scenes won't be pleasing.

Disclosure: I do not own and never owned any position in EBAY.

Jan -- I do own EBAY despite the shares coming on the market --
Not as much as a month ago however--
I think the revenue growth and EYEBALL growth will stagger people next week--- I think the split will drive the stock----
Advertising will probably eat out earnings but I think we all want EBAY to grow at the start and send cash to the bottom line later
And --NOT JUST BEANNIE BABY'S
