"This is she" is what I say, and anything else sounds very peculiar, I think, though you can avoid any awkwardness by saying "This is Richard Joslin."

Edwarda, I thought the insults thread was hilarious, and enjoyed my visit there. I must drop by and insult everyone again sometime. (In fact, it all seems to be very goodnatured.)
