At the very least I am just glad that they released some news. Even if that news did not answer as many questions as it raised. Perhaps Bramsons letter along with the 10-K will give us more of an idea about what and where they intend to go from here.

Thanks to all for the good information. I will get those 13 c,d filings looked at soon. Also, thanks for helping me overcome the bubble jitters. I know that Ampex's PE is very low and has helped to protect it from big fluctuations of recent past, but I was a little worried about the timing-of-announcement thing. Like if they have their big, ra-ra announcement the day before the bubble bursts, will there be anyone interested? Or will everyone be forking over their cash to cover their ash in other internet stocks? Thanks again to all the great posters, and I am happy that Ampex seems to have said what we wanted to hear for the most part. Lurksville, CMM
