what gary is saying is re-run qp_update without re-downloading. sometimes you may have to do this 2 or 3 times because of data errors like you are seeing.

This is a different issues that the missing day.

If you already have the files in your incoming directory, all you have to do to update your database is click Start - Programs - Quotes Plus Release 2.0 - Update Database.

This will update your database with the files that are in your incoming directory.

Th 18th was a holiday, so you will se N/A for the 18th. This is normal, and based on the way WOW displays data.

If you have the 15th and the 19th, then you aren't missing anything.
