The difference between WCTI and IAUS, however, is that IAUS is a reporting co. Also it opened up at that high. It was a very new company.

IAUS was a scam. The technology simply didn't work, and they were never able to demo it as promised. This caused the break-down of stock, not the appearance of the CEO on CNBC. I was one of the fortunate ones who bailed after the run-up and didn't wait for the demo.

Completely different story here with WCTI. But if you were trying to point out that an OTC stock can run that high, yes they can.
