I'm not sure what the Baron's article said, (needed to be a subscriber to open the link you posted). Can you summarize?

I do like the move CMTO is making today. $28.00 at ~8:30am (PST).

Great article and earnings CMTO. Just disappointed that stock had to be issued at this time. First of all they essentially have no long-term debt. Their cash and securities seems sufficient for current growth. The only logical reason it seems for diluting the company would be to make further investments in other opportunities.

I would think they would want to wait for the stock to go up on the great earnings first, then announce the secondary offering. I hope this move was only short-sighted and not planned as the stock being reasonable at current levels.
