Hi Steve:

I finally got it. Adelphia is a cable company, and therefore
an incumbent in some areas, which immediately made Baker Creek
ineligible for bidding in the same areas.

Best regards,

Bernard Levy

Thanks for your studied responses here Steve.

Zorro seems clearly a smart and knowledgeable player, and I know that transmission is.

But for some reason, your points make significant sense to me, and I don't think I am really getting their points as to why, in their opinion, WNP and NXLK clearly did NOT collude. I think I must be missing something from them, but your points seem compellingly much clearer and obvious..

Anyway, I appreciate everyone's taking the time.

I wish wireless wonk would pop in and shed some further light! A LOT of smart folk round these parts.

And lookee heah! Closed well over 42 3/8! T minus 29 and counting. Can anyone spell "accumulation"? "Roadshow"? "Bandwidth"? "Short squeeze"?

But I think with all your brilliant debating, Bernard lost track of my more mundane questions to him <g>

Tally ho!
