DBCC should simply put themselves in play [NOW] with Bloomberg, Reuters, Salomon Smith Barney, Travelers/CitiGroup, Sanwa...Hirschfield and Tessler conspicuously have sanitized their recently issued 1998 Annual Report/recent press releases of any mention of Mark Imperiale, President, DBCC...on the heels of negligently [or worse] repricing stock options [previously chronicled on this thread] and approved at their recent annual meeting Hirschfield and Tessler, the redundant /superfluous/absurd? "Co-Chairmen" appear to have been completely blinded by their alleged unbridled arrogance and greed....Co-Chairmen whom less than two years ago did not believe in the 'Internet paradigm shift' [and accordingly and prima faciely] quoted in the press but fully embraced and pursued by Mark Imperiale...now the two [alleged] Co-Schmucks are taking all the credit...again...they should put themselves in play before an aggressive shareholder(s) initiate class action/derivative litigation...Hirshfield and Tessler and their pathetic and aging entrenched Board of Directors simply must go...hence put DBCC in play or the shareholders will put Hirschfield, Tessler and the DBCC entrenched Board...in play...Thank you Mark Imperiale(.)
