John, I've pretty much spit out all that I gleamed from Mr. Tilton. He wasn't that hard to get hold of (his number is on the web site) and he would be better to answer your question, since mine would be a guess. I actually had planned to do some more research on this, but as yet have not had the time. About all I can tell you is what I said in the post, but he just referred to them as CITIC as I recall. I do seem to remember perhaps one of the press releases mentioning them, but when I looked just now, could not find the reference. Perhaps I saw it in another part of the web site, or on this thread in a message. Just can't remember.
