Dave, For every buck you spend, we'll make 2 . . .

Take a look at CMM with news out today who filed Chapter 11 back in October, just upgraded. And they didn't have an AT&T by there side handing them serious cash. A little dd tonight and you'll sleep tight.

Good Luck,

Dave S.

Hi Dave...

What this means is that AT&T will provide the needed liquidity to keep the cellular assets afloat until the deal closes and they are the owner.

It does *NOT* mean that AT&T will pay interest on SMTK's outstanding debt.

You should also be aware that the price AT&T has agreed to pay ($192.5 million) is subject to downward revision, undoubtedly depending on what AT&T has to put up to cover the operation of SMTK's cellular assets until they are in the AT&T cellular umbrella.

There won't be anything left. It is all over.

Sorry.
