I can not see any reason why CPQ would have any interest in MUEI at this point and have heard nothing to indicate otherwise.

I don't think so. MUEI has better quality pcs but thier direct sales
has NOT proven, yet. Don't see why CPQ needs another boxmaker
when CPQ itself has to get away from hardware business asap to
survive before pc box becomes another commodity business if it
already is not. Having lots of government accounts due to political
relationship might be another icing MUEI can offer. Otherwise, no.
I don't see why CPQ needs MUEI.

Mr. Simplot from MU does not need to sell MUEI now unless Simplot
Estate wants to cash in before he dies. However, they might not want
to pay tax from sale now. They know better ways to avoid tax.
