...aznt will now seek immediate injunctive relief to lift the freeze if dtc does not lift it when federal marshals seize the stock with the enforcement of the default judgements.

Like, do you know the meaning of the word "appeal"? Look it up, fall guy.*

I agree, Spidey, and once again the gang is doing just what they did to CYGS stock. They hold themselves forth as great saviors, but they are nothing but vigilantes, and that is NOT a compliment.

Look at cygs ... none of the management was hurt. They have progressed perfectly well without the stock soaring ... hell, man, the only people who got hurt were the stockholders who listened to the incessant crap from the great holy sanctimonious FBN group and sold because they were spooked by their libelous attack.

Not one, and I repeat, NOT ONE of the management personnel were hurt in the least by the FBNA attacks. Nobody lost their jobs ... nobody had to answer to any agency ... nobody lost their cars, houses or TV sets. The only people hurt , and again I repeat, THE ONLY PEOPLE HURT WERE THE HONEST SHAREHOLDERS. I hope the entire FBN gang are proud of their dealings.

They can post all they want about their honesty and intent, but I have decided that it is all just a pile of horse manure.

Sure, there may be some problems with any company, and there is with most, but it is obvious that both companies have survived the onslaught of pure unadulterated vindictive self-serving inuendos, twisting and spinning by the FBN'ers.

The dictionary defines a vigilante as a member of a volunteer committee organized to suppress and punish crime summarily (as when the processes of law appear inadequate to such members. Throughout history such groups have been responsible for more miscarriages of justice than most of the organized efforts conducted under due process of law.

They want to be vigilantes ... let them. If they follow that twisting pathway, they can only eventually bring themselves before the bar of judgement ... due process will prevail in the end.

Who suffered under vigilante justice historically? It was for the most part the innocent and those who became victims because they disagreed with, or stood against the prejudices of the hooded riders.

Enough of their crap is enough. They have hurt too many people in their quest for self glorification. I just cancelled my subscription to FORTUNE ... without explanation.

Shalom mi carnal ... hasta luego y buena suerte.

there will be an 8k out in near future & janice can try to contort that also like soft taffy.

Well, if the company WILL insist on filing stuff with Edgar that more closely resembles soft taffy (or other soft substances) than normal SEC filings, what can I say?

aznt negotiated stipulation with dtc to lift the freeze. dtc did not honor the agreement. they again negotiated stipulation but dtc's demands were unreasonable.

Isn't that amusing! As I heard it, the DTC felt Mikey's demands were unreasonable.

mikey fight dtc. who win. i say dtc.
