You forget HPD, that Pink Sheets do not use the same system as OTC:BB. If someone wants to call their broker this morning and buy 50 shares for $10.00 per, then the last price on ESVS will be reflected as $10.00. No liquidity for ZULU. ESVS will be equal to ZULU on merger day. I personally received yesterdays PR about 5 times yesterday. 3 of them were re-releases or whatever because they came later in the day. I don't think we will flounder due to lack of news. We may not get a PR today (we may though) but I'll betcha we get another this week; maybe two. If you noticed, there have been no Amended filings to the SEC lately. They were coming daily and twice daily. Does that mean that the SEC is now satisfied with the arrangement? Could be. Stayed tuned. Buy some. bb
