I'm with you MZU.... my break even is at about .03 and I'm only in for 30k shares. Unfortunately, I'm getting a feeling of SERIOUS deja vu here (a la HCCA). I think I'll see my 30,000 shares at .004 become 30 shares at $4 for about 5 minutes before it becomes 30 shares at .27 or some other ludicrous thing... I used to be pretty bullish on this company and really thought they were going to pull it all together and turn it around at the end of the year last year, but there were two events that occurred that have completely turned be off of this company for good, and probably for the first time in my life, make me want to spend time on this thread warning others away from the stock "just because" it's a bad thing. First, they put off the financing that was supposedly set to close, and had been announced. According to them, the reason was to save some $150k in fees or interest or something (that I no longer even care to go searching for, but it's here on this thread). Now that, at first, seemed like a simple case of making the right call for the business, after all, 150K is a good sum to save. However, now two months later, it's clear that anything that might have been saved by that move (which is now in itself suspect) has been wiped out by the continued inability of the company to move forward on any front. Second, the fact that the company continues to unabashedly issue shares into the float, and not just little piddly thousands or millions... but HUNDREDS of millions has fully convinced me not only that the company has no intention of making money through any legitimate means (why should they when they can just continue to suck cash out of their shareholders?), but that they are also setting up for a reverse split on a "grand" scale, and it wouldn't surprise me to see a 1:1000 rs before the end of this quarter. That's the way I see it from here. I'd like to be wrong, and the $120 I have left out of my investment in this company would like me to be wrong too, but there are no indications from the company or the market that this is not so. -R
