Yes & the target all along has been $2 to $3, may be fooling myself but it seems that MSN is worth at least that much, maybe more to a foreign buyer. Been longer than I expected, may be longer than I expect now but I do feel things are heating up. Hot Line did not meantion anything along price lines, just that the fire works would likely start because of the fight for control of Emerson. No credit due on my part, Tony and others here likely know more than I. Regards, Malcolm
