NW, I believe you are right about MSPG. I just threw it out because you were looking for good, quality regional ISPs. Valuation is extremely high to make any sense in this context. Personally, I doubt that CPQ would be interested in the ISP end of the business. I think they are looking more "downstream," especially with the comments/speculation on "content provider." Regardless, they probably will not make any announcements until the "Greenspan fallout," (if any) occurs.
