Assuming good news at the earnings announcement... Would that not be a good time to announce the IPO date?

I have been trying to find someone that trades with brown. How good are they in getting orders through? I have had a lot of problems with both schwab and etrade with limit orders. They will just ignore them. If I put in a market order on a stock that is moving they kill me on it. What has been your experience with brown and co?
