Jane,

I think you are hit the nail right on the head. As one of the few 'vocal' lurkers on this thread, I understand the need for proper reporting. I still don't know squat about this company... but I have been attracted to the percentage swings in the stock. I would like to do a lot more homework before investing, but I set aside a bit of the portfolio for just such companies.

There are not enough hours in the day to do DD on all the BB stocks that could be of interest. If some of the participants here are just stuck on the stock, then that's great, and it's their prerogative. They should not blast those of us who have learned how to make money almost every single day in the markets. Heck, I'd be rich right now if I didn't take so many vacations where I am away from my resources for trading. But then again, rich is relative.

Good Evening Everyone- Jane, I think you are definitely on target in regards that many of the posters, including myself, have become too attached to this stock and have paid a dear price in the interim. I still believe that DGIV's story is getting better with each day and the price will eventually reach higher levels.

Having said that, I agree with you and others that in order for DGIV to reach the past highs and maintain those levels, the company will have to become fully reporting and then get off the BB's. IMHO, I think that after Mr. Chin gets enough contracts, he will sell the company probably by the end of the year. I think the eventual sale will bring smiles to all of us who have suffered these last six months.

Woody and I have discussed the trading patterns of DGIV. Unfortunately, neither of us have a LEVEL II screen or the ability to look at the screen all day. Consequently, IMHO, it would be economic suicide for folks like us trying to day trade this stock or any other stock.

Last comment, it sure was nice to see some good posts as well as some old faces like Rocketman tonight on this thread.

Good night everyone-

Falcon

JJJ:

Never thought I'd say it but that was an excellent post!!

Reading it made me arrive to the, obviously unscientific, conclusion that buying DGIV shares is good for you. Makes you post smarter, makes you sound like a balanced, intelligent, agreable individual.

I even had the feeling -probably am wrong-, while reading McGinnis' late night posts that he took...some of the same medicine too, LOL!!
Seems Coffee Pot did not want to take his medicine and was suggesting to many others to do likewise.

So, JJJ, two thoughts:
1.- "buying ten thousand units of DGIV a day, everyday, keep the doctor away".
2.- If you stop taking this medicine you will get into those ugly, disagreable, insufferable moods, you seem to get...every other week, LOL!!

Other notes:

*I will not play DGIV the way you do because I do have an attachment. I accept the consequences of this. LOL, yesterday for example!!!

*I don't have level II, but it seems to me that when MM's want it up, it goes up, every 500 shares, it get's upticked. Ditto downwards. Lack of level II makes it impossible for me to see if MM are reacting to the market or generating the situation.

I remember a comment from friends about a share that had experienced a major runup. There were still like 9 to 10 buys for each sell. Yet the MM's stopped ticking it up. All of the traders got the "hint/ticker message". Momentum players understood that that was it for the momentum. Day traders understood that they had to start selling, it is not going higher.. Shorters understood that their time had come. Longs and or people without level II could not understand what was going on...

*Please be mature and don't bash this share when you sell and need a lower entry point. Having made a certain amount of $$, as you claim you have, it is unbecoming to act this way:-)

I know I shall be stoned, flamed and flogged by posters here

you are correct jane, that was not bashing. that was an insightful post. i could be wrong (been there) but it's been my observation that you are generally respected for your posts. there is a difference between honest perspective (positive or negative) and hardened position (also positive or negative).

i think what dgiv needs today is exactly the same thing it's needed all along - reporting & revenue. i do not believe this to be a scam - i do not believe it to be the next lucent. i don't feel the need to defend the company or it's share price. i don't care what investment style people have (long or short) and i don't believe the difference in styles has any relationship to intelligence or fortune.

so trade it - short it - sit on it long. but please - show some respect among ourselves. and good luck to all.
