Tuesday January 19, 12:06 pm Eastern Time Company Press Release Winners All Announces Results of Urecoats' Subsidiary's Demonstration and New Product Introduction POMPANO BEACH, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 19, 1999--Winners All International Inc. (''company'') announced its wholly owned subsidiary, Urecoats International Inc. (''Urecoats''), demonstration and new product introduction was well received. More than 50 people attended the demonstration, including presidents of major roofing companies, shareholders, investors, brokers, roofers, the president and representatives of IPSEAL DE MEXICO, S.A. de C.V. (''Ipseal'') -- Urecoats' customer in Mexico, and numerous other interested parties. Those in attendance observed the new testing and training facility, its laboratory and spray room, the Gusmer-Admiral equipment, various roofing product samples, and met with the chemists and other personnel of the company. Ipseal, which has submitted a purchase order for 500,000 gallons of the URECOATS 100(tm) roofing product (''Roofing Product''), indicated, through its representatives that it had the roofing product samples tested by a government testing lab in Mexico, which results indicated an elasticity, durability, and lifetime greater than any roofing product available on the market today. Ipseal is ready to begin receiving the URECOATS 100(tm) product, including the First Generation System, which the company expects to deliver within a few weeks. The company also received indications of interest from several principals of roofing companies from other countries, and the company has received one assurance of a significant purchase order in the near future. After observing samples of the Roofing Product and First Generation System, the president of Independent Roof Testing & Consulting of South Florida Inc., an unaffiliated materials testing and consulting laboratory (''IRT''), stated, in part: ''I...see a great opportunity for using this type of material not only for roofing but feel sure that it can have an even greater impact on sub grade waterproofing as well. ...All indications are that you have devised a sound and well thought out roofing and waterproofing material.'' The company's new chemist, Dr. P. (Uma) Umarani, introduced the new pavement sealant product (''Pavement Product'') and explained its primary uniqueness as compared to other products in the marketplace today. Management believes the primary advantage comes from the inherent characteristics of the chemicals in the pavement product's composition, which characteristics enable the surface to expand and contract under varying environmental and climactic conditions, and will last significantly longer than existing pavement products.
