Why don't you ask Vivus why they trade on Frankfurt's exchange? I never saw any volume on that exchange. I assumed that the Frankfurt exchange gives European investors a chance to buy Vivus shares. This can help the price as MUSE is launched throughout Europe.

Very simple. He is required to file 144 forms with the SEC if he sells his shares. Anyone can look this up on Edgar or other internut sites.
