I tend to agree with you, altho the competition is intense. I use their Net2Phone product, both to make calls while on the computer and, most conveniently, as a telephone calling card. I think this card is by far the cheapest way to make calls from phone booths etc while on the road, about 13 cents a minute with an 800 number, around 9 cents a minute if you dial a local number. Quality not quite up to non-Internet transmission systems, but ok usually. It's very convenient on the Internet if you don't have a second line.
