StilKrazy, I echo your comments 110%. Of all the poster I *used* to enjoy, and now *do not*, Kurt is tops, and Kurt V. still claims to be a long. I can handle the longs; and shorts; its the hypocrites I have a tough time understanding, thus being courteous towards, much less liking.

Does anyone want to guess what this stock would be worth had Thomas NOT declared his agreement to look at strategic alternatives AND the window he was willing to work with ? Kurt, you'ld be holding sub-$10 shares about now. We were at $8 and change the day he announced he would look at alternatives...and anyone dares to revisit THAT price just so Thomas could announce a lame "we'll look at alternatives" with NO time window in place ? I, for one, would not be around today, with only generalities offered. Thomas put a FINALITY to his promise with the statement of the window. I can and do choose to believe it will happen. I like black and white; prefer finite over infinite. Yes, this is brinksmanship negotiations in the highest order. Neither choice was comfortable I'm sure (putting in the window, or not). Welcome to the world where one's back is to a corner. Thomas acutely, and for our sake, intellectually understands this. Kudos to him.

It simply defies logic to me that one would buy a stock, then proceed to tear it down, day after live long day. Kurt, stop a minute and think about that. From the outside looking in, once cannot escape one of three conclusions about you - you either are a liar (and are really short), an ignorant person (and don't fully understand what your day-after-day denigrading can do to weak hands incrementally), or a hypocrite (and truly do hold shares of a company you do not believe in). Pick one. Then let us know, ok ? Maybe I should come over to your AOL thread and just proceed to dump over Steve Case day after day ? Even in the face of huge stock performance, I should buy a single share of AOL and just dump on Case daily. Would that ever make sense to you, great AOL believer that you hold yourself out to be ? Case, personally, screwed up my AOL access in December 1996, because he opened the floodgate to millions of users to no-time-limit access. BTW, AOL was sued class action style over that little trick, and paid out millions for the settlement through extra hours of time. I didn't even bother to claim it. I could go on all night...been online since about 1989...was literally a charter subscriber to AOL. Case is no saint. I know at least one principal there from about 1991 or so.

Michael H., I have the highest respect for you, FWIW. You stated your case, made your move, and we all applaud you for the profit. I openly applauded A. Goldfinger here last fall when he made a chunk of change at my expense in his shorting effort. Maybe it's all in how you lay it on the line and the "attitude" that comes across.

Enough ranting for the night.
