Spotter -- I have no idea -- they have to meet all the requirements -- one of them being working capital I think -- if the HP line of credit is true that should solve that -- But I'm not vouching for anything in my report -- just that for some reason tonight -- Raging Bull is raging on the WAVX thread over there -- Wildman said it best its like all the dots are connecting <g> Good Luck -- hopefully someone else has a better answer to your very good question -- I agree to really move we will need that out of the way -- but I wouldn't complain about the mulitples you suggest with out it. <g>
