Well, the information I provided lack lots of needed knowledge. Outstanding shares, float and authorized. Phone-numbers to the company. Transfer Agent (probably the one that can shed some light here). Bos say that the name alone is worth 1$ - I would say that it certainly depend on OS. If there are more than 5MM, then I disagree. The lack of information IMO is due to either VIRT is an empty shell or they work on secret projects. Untill proven otherwise I'll look at it as an empty shell. Even then, there are interesting things to know. Apart from the first mentioned what is the size of transferable losses (tax advantage for the buyer of the shell) Kr Jens
