As investors we should be dealing in the FACTS...it seems that lately on this site the many people that are really trying to discuss the TRUTH on WOOD...have been called bashers. Facts are facts. WOOD has made many errors...and to try to 'sugar coat' them is no better than the ostrich 'putting his head in the sand'. At this point in time I do not even see the 'meager' profits that WOOD made last year coming out of this company THIS year. And no one can prove that they will.

And where will that leave the price of our stock? We do deserve some answers...and we should be dealing in facts...not our MADE UP 'dreams' of what WOOD might be. I do see some future possibilities...but, at this point I also see NO profits in the horizon...and that(with the tremendous amount of outstanding shares) is all that can drive this company(except strong hype)....! MORE SHARES BEING DISTRIBUTED IS A LARGE PROBLEM. NO earnings is a large problem! Low CASH reserves equals a problem! WOOD needs cash....or MUST continue to distribute shares. Most say that the website will add this cash...maybe but, it will not be soon enough....if ever. HOW MUCH CASH HAVE THE OTHER WEBSITES BROUGHT IN TO THE COMPANY?

So, if this is a thread for things other than 'HYPE'....let's be honest and get these facts out on the table. If WOOD is as good as everyone feels...our profits will be there in a YEAR or TWO....and I am willing to wait! But, let's all quite the hype...and deal in FACTS!
Let's quite 'whining' about someone that asks a legitimate question and lets quite calling everyone that presents their own ideas 'bashers'...all this is in 'reverse hype'...trying to influence any 'lurkers' on site.

I very seldom read his old bit of information, but when you see our boy, make reference to the wrong form (A chevy truck S10) for a 10QSQ, + fill the post with bad spelling, it looks bad. He referred questionable data printed on the current 10QSB as a MISPRINT. A Misprint a mechanical or electrical problem like printing a 6 for a 7 etc. This could have happened anywhere from the time Madera printed it / or SEC filed it / or when it was posted on the internet.

If people are going to bash stock, they should be correct with the information posted. This is not a guessing game to be played by children. If you are not sure about the spelling, use the spell check provided by SI and if you do not know what the words means use a DICTIONARY.

Have a nice day, I wasted enough time on Topfool.

Mr Hardee It does not concern you that possibly that 3rd quarter revenues can be affected some what because of possible bad weather that affected there 2nd quarter Sept 30,1998 revenues and this problem may still be in affect for first part of the 3rd quarter timber revenues as well .

Even though those 6 million shares may not be able to be traded into the float they still affect the EPS .

Another question we where told a share buy back I do not see how this could be after reading Jan, 14, 1999 filing for quarter ending Sept 30 , 1998 with no timber revenues there main source of growth so far.

Web Site looks nice but after the so called pop whats to keep the share price up.

I may not be able to spell right sir but you know darn well more share dilution is in sight witch will then cause further erosion into the EPS witch will turn away traders.
