Saw an interview with CEO of Nortel in Upside, I believe, and he said main problem was: Telco installs Millions of $ of equipment and raises speed at the office to 20x, but because of poor connections in the copper loop, they have to send a truck out to redo the connections and that costs a lot of bucks to roll a truck. Comments?
