Now you have included my sister as a witness to your Defamation regarding AZNT. Are you CRAZY? Never mind: you don't have to answer; rhetorical question. Now let's imagine for a moment that Mikey's dumb enough (and has enough money) actually to press ahead with this silly lawsuit. These will be among our first discovery questions: 1. Who is "Spider Valdez" and what is his relationship to Mike Sylver? Of course we already know the answer to that one, but we want it on the record. Because of course Spidey's gonna be an important and useful witness for us. 2. Who is "Icabod", and what is his relationship to AZNT? Again, we know the answer. That one's gonna be REALLY embarrassing, isn't it? He'll be testifying too, of course. 3. Who are "Rico" and "Antibash"? We'll need them on the stand as well. I see from his affidavit that Mikey's complaining about threats. Well hey! I've been threatened, too! All those obscene and incoherent emails from Gary Dobry, eh? He's really gonna look like a hero when asked to read that stuff aloud in court, isn't he? ANNNDDDD of course I've also got email threats from the ineffable Riley G, as does Bill. Not as nasty as Dobry's, but they'll do. So add Riley to the witness list. No problem here; we know his name, of course, and he's easy to locate. I look forward to hearing him explain to the court about teleporting and twit-filtering. "Rico" has threatened me as well: remember that series of posts in which he says he'll be paying a visit to Milan? So that'll be part of Rico's contribution to the Games, always assuming he's not, in fact, Riley. Icabod: oh dear! posted such crazy, obscene and sick stuff to me on the thread that first he was suspended from SI, then booted permanently. Don't think for a moment that Admin doesn't preserve deleted posts. Oh yeah, Auntie: you guys are gonna make a GREAT impression.
