Can one of you ask Mr. Gordon if we can see the details
of the pp. He said that it was filed with the SEC but it does not show up. I have no reason not to believe him as he has been
very honest with us. I know some things have not happened as
fast as he has anticipated, but they do get done.

As requested, the rest of the story on my ordering problem:
I received an e-mail from Amy this morning after e-mailing feedback@compactconnection.com for a second time. Here is the message:

Yes, I have had it corrected so that you will be charged the appropriate
amount for your shipping. It appears to us that you selected UPS 2nd Day
Air as a shipping method and that is why the system displayed an $8
shipping charge. I show that an e-mail confirmation for your order was
not launched until today. We have had some technical glitches with our
automated e-mail system but it seems that they are resolved and the
system is functioning properly now. If you have any further questions
about this order please let me know.

So, I will accept that I probably clicked on UPS 2nd day, but the extra charge wasn't indicated until I called the next day to check on my order. As I mentioned, it wasn't clear to me that my order had been taken and I tried a couple of times to submit it. Next time, I'll write down exactly any messages I get. However, one point, if the phone operator was properly trained, he should have been able to tell me the reason for the $8 charge and change it to what I wanted. I know they have a lot of new employees, so hopefully as they become more familiar with their job, these problems will not re-occur.
