Vince, decided to start looking at what consitute great drill results. I'm sure you remember Cross Lake Minerals and what happened to them after they annouced great drill results. I think they are an excellent example for MDIN due to the polymetallic nature of the deposit there and what is expected at Lipangue. I fully expect the intersections of minerlization to be much greater and the overall metal value to be higher than Cross Lake. Lipangue is just one big massive sulphide! Here is an old news release from Cross Lake-note the dollar value per ton numbers: Also here is the two year chart-look at what happened around October of 1997. quote.yahoo.com October 9, 1997 For immediate release INITIAL ASSAY VALUES FOR MASSIVE SULPHIDE INTERSECTION - SHERATON-TIMMINS PROJECT CROSS LAKE MINERALS LTD. (the "Company") is pleased to announce that assays for the massive-semi-massive sulphide intersection in Hole CLS 97-16 between 278 to 311 metres have yielded weighted average grades over 33 metres (108 feet) of 6.71% zinc (Zn), 1.86% lead (Pb), 106.95 grams/tonne or 3.12 oz/ton silver (Ag), 0.16% copper (Cu) and 55 ppb or 0.055 grams/tonne gold (Au), with a cut silver value of 10 oz/ton (342.8 grams/tonne). The gross metal value for this intersection is US$114.68 per ton using current prices. This includes a section from 281 to 287 metres (6 metres) containing a weighted average grade of 18.4% zinc, 314 grams/tonne silver (9.16 ounces/ton), 9.28% lead, and 0.69% copper, 0.183 grams/tonne gold giving a contained metal value of US$345.17 per ton at current prices (with silver assays cut to 10 ounces/ton). This zone is hosted in a cherty rhyolite which stratigraphically overlies a sericite and chlorite schist zone containing cherty bands and disseminated sphalerite (zinc) with local galena (lead). Assays for this section are attached. Additional mineralization is present both above and below this massive sulphide section. Zinc mineralization continues below 311 metres in the hole associated with a rhyolite breccia (fragmental) and assays for this section along with other parts of this drill hole will be released when they are completed. Additionally, check assays are being conducted on a number of the samples. ON BEHALF OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS CROSS LAKE MINERALS LTD.
