Of course none of you really own the company. Why isn't this evena topis of conversation. Or the pitiful table of comparison to the technology index where a 100 investment in the index is worth $350 and the same investment in ECD isa worth $89. I like the reasons for the need to approve the extension (of course when it expires Stan will be 83 years young.) The need to preserve the tax loss carryforwards is the primary reason now. Well they are worthless if you dont make a profit. Also the company has already lost as much in NOL's because they practically never make a profit on the 100's of million they have spent to date. (I know it is possible if they book some of the $8 million they recently recieved as income they could showe a profit in the next 10Q but is is not repeateable business.
