Well said Chief! I think that 1st.mate has been waaaaaay too high on this company due to an incorrect set of assumptions. I haven't even taken a position yet (yes, I might miss the boat) because I don't see an IP survey causing a "huge" rise in the share price - a firming of the price, yes... but not a "massive run". The promise of drilling will cause more excitement. As far as the settlement goes, I believe they have a good shot a big bucks from all the info we have been given (mostly through you). However, I doubt the BC government will give it to them willingly, they just want too much. Because they followed the "rules" so well, I expect that they will have a good chance in court (because they have been waiting so long, have filled the proper papers, etc. while many other companies didn't - according to what you posted here) So, I'm waiting for the announcement that they are headed to court... then I'll take advantage of the sell-off... JMHO Chad

Chief: I sat and wrote a two page rebuttal to you reply 661. After reading it I think it stated the facts and truth to affirm my post and thinking. Truth is a funny concept and every person offers a different version of the truth. As people in the legal profession would say, the truth is what the judge believes... I believe Rock has great potential, and A good shot at a large settlement. The sentiment of my post was to tell folks not to expect too much...I was offering a truth to the thread. We all do our own DD and offer our facts, as we perceive them, to the thread... I offered mine as I saw them... To stick to the facts would also mean not to have forward looking statements in your posts. When you say that, "a financial payment that could carry us thru to pre-production on this property", are you suggesting that this is a viable deposit???? Facts Chief!! Have you seen the IP survey? Is it that good Chief. Humbly Paul PS. I was trying to not mislead the thread!!!
