Wai,

Don't know the float. Possibly as high as 80% of the O/S, or about 10M.

Don't know where the stock is heading yet. Technicals still look good. The charts should start to tell a better picture after a month or two.

However, I still like the NHC story. I suspect we should see bounce back from here soon if the there is no market meltdown.
