According to TD P&F book, page 20, the Bullish Resistance Line is found by “moving to the left of the last buy signal and going to the first wall of O's...... not the first column of O's but the first wall of O's.”

What is the definition of “wall”? In some of the charts I have been looking at, there are no large area of “walls” unless one goes back quite a few months and even then they don't appear to be as long as the wall shown in the example in “The” Book. A good example would be the IOM chart.
