Tele Tower Places $3.0 Million Order for LinkNet IP
Telephony Gateway Switch; Emerging International Telecom Provider
Selects Linkon VOIP Architecture

FAIRFIELD, Conn., Jan. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Linkon Corporation announced today that it had signed a volume purchase
agreement with Tele Tower, Incorporated, a New York-based global telecommunications provider. The VPA calls for Tele
Tower to purchase $3.0 million of the LinkNet(TM) IP Telephony Gateway Switch to be delivered over the next fifteen
months. Tele Tower will incorporate the Linkon Products into its global network which supplies wholesale long-distance
services to both facilities-based carriers and debit card platform holders.

''Over the last three years, we have seen our wholesale business grow at a phenomenal rate. But we know that the new
IP-based technologies for converged voice and data will greatly influence which companies will continue to grow. We have
reviewed the VOIP products available today, have tested the LinkNet Gateway in both the laboratory and in the field and have
decided that the open, scalable, UNIX-based, SS7 capable Linkon Technology is state-of-the-art,'' said Nick Patel, President
of Tele Tower, Incorporated.

''In only three years, Tele Tower has achieved substantial business and financial growth. They have built a network of direct
network links, satellite and fiber-optic undersea cables to be able to provide high-quality connections to virtually every point on
the globe. Tele Tower with support from Linkon is in an excellent position to capture a significant share of the rapidly emerging
VOIP services market, which Ovum Research, a London-based firm, recently projected will reach $60 billion by 2005,'' said
Lee W. Hill, President and CEO, Linkon Corporation.
