I would like to apologize to this board for not responding sooner with the information you asked for regarding the convertibles. It is my priority to respond with answers to your questions as soon as I can, so once again, please forgive the delay. As far as the convertibles. While the company did engage in a convertible debenture back in early September, QTNT is 99% sure that all convertibles have been completed. Basically, there is nothing left which can be converted. We are trying to verify this today and I will let you know immediately once we have finished. Also, I will be posting the CURRENT numbers of shares outstanding and in the public float just as soon as I get them, should be later today or tomorrow.
