Get ready for some big , new, and exciting directions coming from NPEC.
There is an agressive move, successful thus far, to capture market share
from telecommunications unit. The big news is that NPEC will be getting
into internet server in those markets. The identity break from MDIN was
strategic for NPEC to pursue these other ventures.

Prepare for a more active board. NPEC's management team has been
agressively going out to capture a broader market for telecommunications
venture. The flotation devices have attracted much interest. Sources
report that there is to be two new releases to be announced before
Christmas.

A 2nd reliable source has said that NPEC will announce an agreement with
another company to offer internet services to existing NPEC customers
and to expanding customer base. The NPEC telecommunications division has
been aggressive in this market, particularily in the last 6 months. They
are expecting significant funds from an ongoing lawsuit and funds from
flotation recovery project.
