i'm having the exact same problem right now....entered an order 3 minutes after the open....tried to cancel it after 5 minutes had gone by without an execution....and now it's been 40 minutes since i entered the order.....

Datek was flying for me today. Response time was as quick as I've ever seen it (this was between 11:00 and 3:00 or so). Seemed like the good old days when I first signed up (I've been with them for more than 2 years now).

Anyone else notice the speed today? Or was I just lucky?
