Hey DMA,

What did you think of Bubba's "10,000
shares of MSFT in every garage" speach?
What a riot. I don't know what the
bean counters in the Federal Budget
and Planning Office smoke at lunch but
the idea that the next 15 years are
going to see massive budget surpluses
is absurd. I remember back around 1990
the same office was predicting trillion
dollar budget deficits for the year 2000.

Nobody seems to understand that the US
economy is cyclic. The boom and bust
cycles of America are almost textbook
in their regularity yet nobody ever
seems to think there will be another
slowdown.

Totally wierd.

<<Of the interest paid to the American debt owners, well that money doesn't disappear but gets recycled back into the private sector.>>

And taxed again. Funny how that works.
